What We offer

Our philosophy is that everyone should be doing some form of Pilates as the benefits no matter what age or gender are life changing.


One can choose from equipment private, shared or class sessions. These sessions all vary according to class & client level and ability.


*All new clients are taken through an orientation process during which they are assessed, taught the basic principles and taken through an appropriate routine focusing on areas relevant to each individual which is essential in assuring the understanding and implementation of Pilates principles. This helps in achieving maximum benefit, preventing injury and ensuring a high standard throughout our classes and sessions.

Our Classes

Private sessions are done using a combination of mat work, props (large or small ball, circles, rollers, bands etc.) and Pilates equipment, namely the Reformer bed, Wunder chair and Cadillac wall unit. The equipment allows for variation, exercise specificity for each individual and more rapid development of strength and stability.


Reformer classes are done on the reformer bed incorporating aspects of mat work and props. Some of these classes maybe done on the mat for variation. The reformer provides a moving surface with spring resistance, which allows for a greater variation of stabilization exercises and more rapid development of strength and stability.

Pilates Schedule

Our classes are a combination of traditional Pilates repertoire and  functional dynamic movement.
